Our company is based in both the United States and Egypt and is run by both American and Egyptian management. We are extremely excited about our decision to expand our horizons and deliver our products to you "on-line." In doing so, we have opened a US customer support offices in San Jose, CA and Plano, TX

Handling and Shipping Charges:

To insure the best quality service to our valued customers we are happy to announce our new agreement with ARAMEX  to handle all shipping services. With this new agreement most orders will be shipped directly from Egypt (except for personalized items /or if other wise specified) to arrive at your door in five business days, also you should be able to track your shipment at any time by visiting the URL: http://www.aramex.com/track.asp.Our new shipping rates are as follow:

Anywhere inside the US:          $11 For the first item ordered + $1.0 for each additional item

Anywhere inside Canada:        $18 For the first item ordered + $1.0 for each additional item

Anywhere inside Australia:      $50 For the first item ordered + $1.0 for each additional item

All other countries:                    $20 For the first item ordered + $1.0 for each additional item

Please note that additional charges may apply for heavy weight items, if so it should be specified on the item page.

Returns Policy:

• Full refund given within 15 days of purchase. Buyer pays 10% restocking fee.

• No refunds for personalized items.
